Power of 5 Guest Access Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Tammy Osiecki ("Provider") and the purchaser of the Power of 5 System ("Member"). By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Access & Terms
Access to the Power of 5 System is extended to Brand Partners within a paying team leader’s downline who have been invited as guests.
This access is valid only as long as the team leader maintains an active subscription that covers access for their team. If your leader discontinues their plan, guest access may be revoked.
2. What’s Included
As a guest member, you receive:

- Access to the Simplicity Communication Tools
- Daily Live “Focus on 5” Work Sessions (Mon–Fri)
- Two Monthly Team Coaching & Training Calls
- Bonus Small Group Strategy Calls with Tammy — an intimate setting for coaching and implementation
- Access to the Power of 5 Community Vault
- Conversation Boards specific to each path for collaboration and support
3. Content Use & Licensing
All content, tools, and materials provided through the Power of 5 System are the intellectual property of Tammy Osiecki.
You may not share, sell, copy, or redistribute any of the content, tools, or training materials outside of your team. Any materials, trackers, planners, or resources created using the Power of 5 system may not be sold, licensed, or used for profit, and are permitted for personal or private team use only.
This access is for active Brand Partners in the leader’s downline only. Unauthorized use or sharing will result in immediate removal from the system of all involved
4. Refund Policy
As a guest, you are not charged directly for access, and therefore no refunds are applicable.
Any questions regarding ongoing access should be directed to your team leader.
5. Expectations of Use
Members agree to:
- Use this system with professionalism, respect, and honesty
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment
- Participate in community calls and forums with integrity
- Abuse, misconduct, or misrepresentation will result in termination of access without refund.
6. Disclaimers
Participation in this system does not guarantee any income or business growth.
Results depend on personal effort, consistency, and follow-through.
Coaching is delivered in group-based settings, not individualized private consulting.
7. Modifications
Tammy Osiecki reserves the right to update or modify call schedules, content delivery, or training structure to ensure the highest quality experience for participants.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By activating your access with a coupon code, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
