Power of 5 Team Access Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Tammy Osiecki ("Provider") and the purchaser of the Power of 5 System ("Member"). By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Access & Terms
Legacy:
The monthly subscription fee is $200 USD, or you may opt for the Legacy Annual fee of $2195 USD.
Both options include access for one Leader and up to five team members.
Each additional group of five team member seats may be added for $150/month.
All team members must be Brand Partners within your downline.
Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically unless canceled in writing.

3. Content Use & Licensing
All content, tools, and resources are the intellectual property of Tammy Osiecki and the Power of 5 System.
You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the tools or trainings outside your enrolled team.
Team members must be active Brand Partners on your team. Unauthorized access or sharing will result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this system and live coaching components, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Access will continue through the remainder of the current billing cycle.
5. Expectations of Use
Members agree to:
Use this system with professionalism, respect, and honesty
Foster a positive and collaborative environment
Participate in community calls and forums with integrity
Abuse, misconduct, or misrepresentation will result in termination of access without refund.
6. Disclaimers
Participation in this system does not guarantee any income or business growth.
Results depend on personal effort, consistency, and follow-through.
Coaching is delivered in group-based settings, not individualized private consulting.
7. Modifications
Tammy Osiecki reserves the right to update or modify call schedules, content delivery, or training structure to ensure the highest-quality experience for participants.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing this membership, you agree to all terms above.
