Power of 5 Team Access Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Tammy Osiecki ("Provider") and the purchaser of the Power of 5 System ("Member"). By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Access & Terms
The monthly subscription levels are:
Ignite $50 USD - Single access to Power of 5
Impact $75 USD - Access to entire Power of 5 system including leadership tools and resources for welcoming new Brand Partners and supporting them with follow up and coaching.
Legacy Team - $200 USD (average $34.00 a person) - Everything included in the Impact level with an additional 5 coupons for Brand Partners (on your team) to join with you. This is the ultimate goal of network marking. Duplication in motion.
Each additional 5 team member seats may be added for $150/month.
All team members must be Brand Partners within your downline.
Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically unless canceled in writing.

- Impact and Legacy Team Levels only-
- Bonus Small Group Strategy Calls with Tammy — a more intimate setting for coaching and implementation strategies
- Leader Intel Group - The Leader Intel Group is an exclusive space for high-level leaders committed to growth, accountability, and duplication through the Power of 5 system. Members receive advanced tools, strategy support, and connection with like-minded leaders who are focused on creating impact and legacy in their organizations.
- What’s Included Private Group Chat: A dedicated space for leaders to collaborate, exchange ideas, and share best practices.
- Two Exclusive Coaching Calls Each Month: Small-group Zoom sessions for personalized strategy and Q&A. Leaders bring their individual challenges and receive tailored coaching on how to best implement the Power of 5 system with their teams.
- Monthly Content Pack: Pre-written messages and content for Project Broadcast, GetOiling, or manual distribution, designed to keep leaders consistently engaged with their Brand Partners working the Power of 5 system and maintain accountability in team communication.
- BP Onboarding Flow: A customizable onboarding sequence for new Brand Partners that can be used in Project Broadcast, GetOiling, or independently. This ensures every new team member is supported from day one.
- Custom Follow-Up Flow for 14-Day Reset Participants: A proven system to help leaders stay connected with their Reset participants, increasing engagement and retention.
- Team Book Study Program: A structured book study framework designed to help teams grow belief in themselves, their potential, and the network marketing industry as a whole.
3. Content Use & Licensing
All content, tools, and resources are the intellectual property of Tammy Osiecki and the Power of 5 System.
You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the tools or trainings. This includes sharing resources with Brand Partners who are not participating in the Power of 5 themselves.
Team members under the Legacy Level must be active Brand Partners on your team. Unauthorized access or sharing will result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this system and live coaching components, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Access will continue through the remainder of the current billing cycle.
5. Expectations of Use
Members agree to:
- Use this system with professionalism, respect, and honesty
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment
- Participate in community calls and forums with integrity
- Abuse, misconduct, or misrepresentation will result in termination of access without refund.
6. Disclaimers
Participation in this system does not guarantee any income or business growth.
Results depend on personal effort, consistency, and follow-through.
Coaching is delivered in group-based settings, not individualized private consulting.
7. Modifications
Tammy Osiecki reserves the right to update or modify call schedules, content delivery, or training structure to ensure the highest quality experience for participants.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing this membership, you agree to all terms above.
